The delivery time for your order depends on the delivery region and address, as well as the working hours of the delivery service that will be responsible for delivering your order. Please note that delivery times are not directly controlled by the Seller. The customer can select a delivery method that suits them best:

Delivery methods offered by evalinceramics

We deliver to the pick-up points or via post office. The price will be agreed upon order as it will highly depend on the country and method chosen. 

In-person pick up is available at Matisa 38, Riga, upon previous agreement via Instagram or evalinceramics@gmail.com.

Notes on the delivery

If the item(s) are not delivered due to the fault of the postal service, the Seller will reimburse you for the cost of the item(s) and deliver the item(s) only after receiving proof of loss or compensation from the postal service.

Please note that the Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the chosen delivery service provider. If you do not receive your order within 20 days of shipment, please inform the Seller by sending an email to evalinceramics@gmail.com  with your order number and date.

Order cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Items can only be returned if they have not been damaged or used.

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept returns if the item(s) are seriously damaged or show signs of use. If you return the item(s) in their original condition, you may exchange them for a similar item or receive a refund.

Shipping costs will only be covered by the Seller if the item(s) has a manufacturing defect. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be credited to the account used to make the purchase within 30 working days of the item(s) being received by the seller.
