These rules are a legal agreement between the users of the website www.evalinceramics.com, referred to as "Customers" in the text, and the Seller. These rules apply to all website visitors, whether or not they place an order on the www.evalinceramics.comonline store.

Using www.evalinceramics.com is considered to be each user's full agreement to these rules, including any changes made to them. The Seller can review these rules and any other information contained on the website at any time without prior notice. Changes to the rules come into effect at the time they are published on www.evalinceramics.com.

The Seller may also make improvements or changes to the products and services available on www.evalinceramics.com without prior notice at any time. Rule changes that occur after a Customer has placed an order do not apply to that order. The service provided to the Customer is based on the rules in effect at the time the Customer's order was placed. The mutual relationship between the Seller and the Customer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Ordering process and payment

This text explains the process of placing an order and making payment on the website www.evalinceramics.com. When a customer adds a desired product to their shopping cart, they must provide their name, address, phone number, email, payment, and delivery method.

The seller ensures that the customer's information is only used for the purpose of selling and delivering the product and in compliance with Latvian data protection laws.

Once the order is successfully placed, an email confirmation is sent to the customer's email address. If the confirmation email is not received, the customer should contact the seller by sending an email to evalinceramics@gmail.com.

The customer can choose from several payment methods, including credit cards.

After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email indicating that the order has been sent. The prices of all products listed on the website are in euros and include all applicable taxes under Latvian law. Electronic invoices sent by email are considered valid without a signature.
